Each report is unique to you. No two reports are alike because no two people are alike. Your report is a digital document delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
Your report will be delivered to your inbox within minutes of completing the intake form. If your report has not arrived within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@mysticrebelsoul.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend it promptly.
The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Please enter your birth date, birth time, and birth location as accurately as possible. If your birth time is uncertain, indicate this on the intake form and we will note which placements could not be fully confirmed. Mystic Rebel Soul is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data provided by the customer.
We stand behind every report we generate. If you receive your report and feel it was not written specifically for you — if it reads as generic, if significant placements appear incorrect, or if it does not reflect the depth we have promised — contact us at hello@mysticrebelsoul.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your report and either revise it or issue a full refund. This is at our discretion based on the nature of the concern. We take this seriously and have never generated a report we were not willing to stand behind.
Your report belongs entirely to you. You may share it, print it, or keep it privately. We do not publish, reference, or share individual reports without your explicit written permission.
The Mystic Rebel Soul reading methodology, prompts, question generation system, and all associated documents are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them to create competing products or services.
