When you purchase a report, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This information exists for one purpose: to generate your report. Without it, the report cannot be written. We also collect the pronouns or name preferences you provide on the intake form, because they shape how we address you throughout the reading.
We do not collect this information to build a profile, to sell you other things, or to share with anyone else. We collect it because you asked us to read your chart, and reading a chart requires knowing it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number or any financial account details. Stripe handles all of that directly and securely. What we receive from Stripe is confirmation that your payment was successful and the email address associated with the transaction. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Your birth data and intake responses are stored in a secure database so that we can generate your report and, if anything goes wrong with delivery, resend it. Your data is held in Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We do not store your data indefinitely. If you would like your information deleted after your report has been delivered, contact us at hello@mysticrebelsoul.com and we will remove it.
We use your email address to deliver your report and, if you encounter a problem, to resolve it. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent. If we ever offer an email newsletter or ongoing content, you will be given a clear and separate opportunity to opt in. Your email address will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
The contents of your report are private. We do not publish, reference, quote, or share individual reports in any form without your explicit written permission. Your chart data and the reading generated from it belong to you.
This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. We may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This data is aggregate and anonymous — it cannot be used to identify you individually. If we use a third-party analytics tool, it will be configured to respect visitor privacy and will not share your data with advertisers.
To deliver your report, we use a small number of third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, and a transactional email provider to send your report to your inbox. Each of these providers processes only the data necessary to perform their function, and none of them receive your full intake information. We do not use your data for any advertising or retargeting purposes, and we do not participate in data broker networks.
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to request that we correct it, and to request that we delete it. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@mysticrebelsoul.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and fulfill your request without requiring you to justify it.
Mystic Rebel Soul is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we update this policy in any meaningful way, we will note the change here with a new version date. The current version will always be available at mysticrebelsoul.com/privacy. We will not retroactively change how we use data you have already provided without notifying you directly.
